How long will my cake last once baked the recipe has no flour or butter?

i'm making my wedding cake and need to how long it will last once baked, the recipe has no butter or flour just chocolate and ground almonds. I would like to make it in advance as i don't want to be too rushed there's still lots of wedding stuff to do..???How long will my cake last once baked the recipe has no flour or butter?
