I am looking for a strawberry cheese cake recipe...think you guys could help me out? I'm trying not to use the boxed stuff because it just isn't the same.Cheese cake recipe?
INGREDIENTS

* 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs

* 1/4 cup sugar

* 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

* 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed

* 1 tablespoon cornstarch

* 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

* 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

* 1/4 cup lemon juice

* 3 eggs

* 1 tablespoon water

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press onto the bottom of an ungreased 9-in. springform pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. In a blender or food processor, combine strawberries and cornstarch; cover and process until smooth. Pour into a saucepan; bring to a boil. Boil and stir for 2 minutes. Set aside 1/3 cup strawberry sauce; cool. Cover and refrigerate remaining sauce for serving. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in milk. Add lemon juice; mix well. Add eggs, beat on low just until combined. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over crust. Drop half of the reserved strawberry mixture by 1/2 teaspoonfuls onto cream cheese layer. Carefully spoon remaining cream cheese mixture over sauce. Drop remaining strawberry sauce by 1/2 teaspoonfuls on top. With a knife, cut through top layer only to swirl strawberry sauce. Bake at 300 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight. Remove side of pan. Thin chilled strawberry sauce with water if desired; serve with cheesecake. Store in the refrigerator.Cheese cake recipe?
Ingredients:

5 tablespoons melted butter

1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

---

Filling:

4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

4 eggs

1/3 cup all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 325掳.

Combine crust ingredients and press into bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk; beat until smooth. Add flour, eggs, and vanilla; beat until sell blended. Pour into prepared crust. Wrap the bottom of the springform pan in heavy duty foil; place the pan in a shallow baking pan, such as a jelly roll pan. Put the pans in the oven and add about 2 cups of hot water to the shallow baking pan, or to a depth of about 1/2-inch. Bake for 1 hour, or until lightly browned. The cheesecake will be just slightly jiggly in the center. Cool. Chill and garnish with dollops of whipped cream around edge and sliced fresh strawberries.

This is the BEST cheesecake ever! Lindy's Original Recipe. I made this for my husband 19 years ago - he asked me to marry him that very day! It's that good!

This one, above, is the recipe for Junior's Cheesecake - it is probably also very very good. Both of these will take some time to make, but it will be so worth it in the end! These are nothing like Jello boxed cheesecake!
try this one....
