Moist and Fudgy Chocolate cake Recipe?

I'd like to make A Chocolate fudge cake that is moist and YUMMY :)

FUDGY CHOCOLATE CAKE





1 c. butter


1 c. water


1/2 c. cocoa


2 c. flour


2 c. sugar


1/2 c. dairy sour cream


2 eggs


1 tsp. baking soda


1/2 tsp. salt





Heat butter, water and cocoa to boiling, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add flour, sugar, sour cream, eggs, baking soda and salt. Beat on medium until smooth. Pour into well greased pan. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees, or until wooden pick comes out clean. Cool, then frost with: 3 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. orange flavoring or allspice 2-3 tbsp. milk


Mix butter, sugar and flavorings until thoroughly blended. Stir in milk, beat until smooth and spreadable.





FUDGY CHOCOLATE FROSTING





3 tbsp. butter


3 tbsp. cocoa


2 c. confectioners' sugar


2 tbsp. milk


1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract





Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add cocoa and heat until mixture begins to boil, stirring constantly until smooth. Pour into small mixing bowl; cool completely. Alternately add confectioners' sugar and milk, beating to spreading consistency. Blend in vanilla (additional milk may be needed.)Moist and Fudgy Chocolate cake Recipe?
Extra Moist Chocolate Fudge Snack Cake:





Ingredients


1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour


1 1/4 cups sugar


1 teaspoon baking powder


1 teaspoon baking soda


1/2 teaspoon salt


3 (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate squares


1/4 cup butter


1/3 cup applesauce


1 cup buttermilk (or 1 tablespoon vinegar with milk to make 1 cup)


1/2 cup oil


1 egg


2 teaspoons vanilla


1/2 cup mini chocolate chip


1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)





Directions


1Set oven to 350 degrees.


2Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.


3In the microwave, melt the chocolate and butter for about 1 minute, then whisk or stir until smooth; set aside.


4In a bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.


5In a medium mixing bowl, combine the buttermilk, applesauce, oil, vanilla and egg, then add to the dry ingredients along with the chocolate mixture; mix until combined.


6Add in mini chocolate chips and nuts (if using).


7Pour into prepared baking dish.


8Bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until cake test done.
FUDGE PUDDING CAKE





1 cup all purpose flour


2 teaspoons baking powder


1/2 teaspoon salt


3/4 cup sugar


2 tablespoons melted butter


3/4 cup chopped nuts


3/4 cup brown sugar


1/4 cup cocoa powder


1 1/4 cups boiling water





Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder into a 1-1/2 quart baking pan or casserole dish.





Stir together the melted butter, water, and vanilla. Pour into dry ingredients, add the nuts and mix well.





Add the 1/4 cup of cocoa powder remaining to the brown sugar and combine, then sprinkle over the batter mixture. Slowly pour the boiling water over the top of the batter in a thin stream. DO NOT STIR!





Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree F oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
Chocolate Mud Cake





Ingredients for Cake:


2 cups sugar


2 sticks butter or margarine


1/4 cup cocoa


4 eggs


1 teaspoon vanilla


1 1/2 cups flour


1 1/2 cups shredded coconut


1 cup chopped pecans


1 jar marshmallow cream





Instructions for Cake:


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


2. Cream together the sugar and butter. Add cocoa, eggs, and vanilla. Stir well. Add flour. Beat for 2 minutes. Fold in coconut and pecans. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.


3. Bake cake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Spread marshmallow cream onto the caked.





Ingredients for Icing:


1 stick butter or margarine


1/2 cup condensed milk


1 teaspoon vanilla


1/2 cup cocoa


1 box powdered sugar





Instructions for Icing:


1. Melt butter in a small pan. Add cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil, but be careful not to scorch.


2. Empty powdered sugar into a large bowl. Pour cocoa mixture into the bowl. Add vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spread over the cake.
