Hello I have a delicious recipe for spaghetti I have created myself that i just love. It's just choosing the proper products to buy and ingredients to add to make a delicious meal. Please check back later for an update on this answer for proper product identification. I don't have them here at work.

For spaghetti sauce I buy 2 jars of this sauce at trader jo's

For meatballs I buy the yellow bag of meatballs from tader jo's. Be careful here there are like 4 kinds here at Trader Jo's. I have tried them all and this is the only one i like. You want the want that says mini meatballs for appetizers. The only bag with yellow and blue art.

For the actual spaghetti noodles I like to use organic flax seed spaghetti from the supermarket made this this company.....

For added flavoring to the bunch I chop up all whole bunch of turkey pepperoni into small pieces made by Hormel that has no carbs and low in fat.

cooking instructions:

Put your desired amount of turkey pepperoni into the skillet and start making it nearly fried/cooked.

Add the pesto Sauce. 2 tablespoons.

Add chopped or minced garlic. Whatever garlic you have. One high mountain tablespoon will do.

Stir-fry that stuff a little bit. Add a half cup of brown sugar.

Throw in all the pasta sauce from the 2 jars.

Mix well and cook for about 15 minutes. Add the precooked meatballs from Trader Jo's and stir a little bit longer.

Cook the pasta according to instructions and eat away!
