Does anyone have, or know where I can find recipes for cakes and biscuits that are sugar free?

Just substitute Splenda or Stevia for the sugar. I like it best at half Splenda or Stevia per cup of sugar.
Warning! Neither Splenda nor Stevia food products will brown nicely. The stuff just does not carmelize so no browning.
Note: the cakes and biscuits etc. will not be exactly ';sugar'; free. They still have flour and milk in them and it is a whole boat load of carbohydrates (sugar), even if you use whole meal flours.Recipes for Sugar Free cakes and biscuits?
