Anyboby with a recipe for microwave spong cake or muffins.?

Also, how long in microwave ?. I need details and my microwave is 750 watt.Anyboby with a recipe for microwave spong cake or muffins.?
Sorry but I don't know what kind of muffins you want, so here are a couple recipes





MICROWAVE BANANA MUFFINS





3/4 c. Bisquick


2 tbsp. sugar or equivalent


1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas


1 tbsp. Crisco oil


1 egg





Mix ingredients all together. Place 2 thicknesses of paper cup liners in microwavable pan (for 6 muffins); divide mixture evenly into 6 cups. Microwave on high, turning 1/4 turn every 30 seconds for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar, if desired.





BLUEBERRY MUFFINS (MICROWAVE)





1 3/4 c. flour


1/3 c. sugar


3/4 tsp. salt


2 tsp. baking powder


2 eggs


3/4 c. buttermilk


1/4 c. vegetable oil


1/2 tsp. vanilla


1 tsp. grated lemon peel


1 c. blueberries





TOPPING:





2 tbsp. sugar


1/2 tsp. cinnamon





Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs, oil and milk with a whisk and fold the mixture into the dry ingredients. Add blueberries, vanilla and lemon peel and mix just enough to wet the dry ingredients. Set cupcake papers in a microwave muffin holder, fill papers half full (or a little more); sprinkle with topping. Cook 5-6 muffins at a time for 2 1/2 minutes on full power. Yield 10-12 muffins. The topping gives a nice look to the muffins which don't really brown in the microwave oven.Anyboby with a recipe for microwave spong cake or muffins.?

It has recipes for quite a few tasty cakes and desserts that can be prepared easily from home ..
You can make most cake or victoria sponge mix as you would for conventional ovens, Place in microwave on full power for two minutes. remove and insert sharp knife into center, if the cake mix sticks to the knife, place back in microwave and adjust time another 30 secs or so or until knife comes out clean.


It will cook a lovely sponge but remember it will not brown as in the oven so it may look a little Pale when cooked, but if you ice them or decorate them you wont know.


Or add a little cocoa powder to mix to give them a more browned look.

CHOCOLATE SPONGE CAKE





Ingredients


陆 cup plain flour


录 teaspoon soda 2 tablespoons sour curds


1 tablespoon cocoa powder


1/3cup powdered sugar


陆 teaspoon vanilla essence


录 cup melted butter





Method:


1. Mix together the curds and soda bi-carb in a bowl and keep aside.


2. Sieve the flour and cocoa powder. Keep aside.


3. Heat 录 cup of water in a microwave safe bowl on HIGH for 1 minute, add the melted butter and sugar and mix well.


4. Add the flour mixture, curds and vanilla essence and mix lightly to make a smooth batter.


5. Spoon the mixture into a 100 minutes 100 mm. (4';) diameter greased, microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.


6. Remove form the microwave and allow the cake to stand for approx. 10 minutes. Unmold and use as required.





Tips:


VARIATION : VANILLA SPONGE CAKE


To make vanilla cake simply omit the cocoa powder from the recipe.
