Does anyone have a recipe for ice cream cake frosting - like the kind that's on the Carvel ice cream cakes? Also, are the chocolate crunchies just oreos without the cream?

if i'm not mistaken, the icing on top of carvel cakes is just whipped cream or cool whip, but i'm not 100% sure....and i have never heard of chocolate crunchies, they sound good though.Recipe for Ice Cream Cake Frosting?
