Okay go to allrecipes.com and type in coffee sponge cake (if you actually mean a sponge cake flavored with coffee) or just sponge cake. Find a recipe the one that came up when I type coffee sponge cake served 12 using two 9'; pans. I figured your pan as more of a 4 serving size and changed to 4 servings, it recalculated the ingredients but not the instructions. I would use this source and simply use common sense on the baking time and/or watch the cake carefully. Have fun
